There's an old that says, "Dead noses smell no roses." Sad, but true. It's not uncommon to see many flower displays lined up in front of the casket at the funeral home or church. Many people, both in-town and out, use flowers to show their respect and/or admiration for the deceased.
The family of the deceased surely appreciates the display of appreciation. But sadly, many people, who give flowers to honor someone at their death, never tell the deceased how much they appreciated them while they were alive.
