Everette A. Allen
December 4, 1911 - February 23, 2000
Everette A. Allen, 88, of Memphis, custodian for Memphis City Schools, died of Alzheimer disease Wednesday, February 23, 2000 at Fox Acres Assisted Living Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Services were held at noon Saturday, February 26th at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens.
Mr Allen was a member of Greenlaw Baptist Church and widower of Virginia E. Allen.
He leaves three daughters, Betty Chastain and Sandra Allen, both of Memphis, and Linda Page of Rosedale, Mississippi; three sons, Richard Allen, Thomas Allen and Harold Allen, all of Memphis; a brother, Andrew Jack Allen of Warner Robbins, Georgia, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Alzheimer Association.
