Remind them that for every departure there must be an arrival. 2 Tim 4:6 Death is certain - so is the fact we will see our loved ones again! Thes 4:13-18 Grieving lasts a moment, then Joy comes in the morning. Ps 30:4-5 Comfort us by knowing You've planned something "better." Heb 11:40 Preserve their coming and their going.
